Great question! As someone with a deep love for flavorful Asian cuisine, I’ve spent years searching for dishes that matched my cravings but could never quite find it at a restaurant. I found myself creating the foods I was cravings and thought, why not share it?

I dedicated 13 years of my career (more than half my time in the industry) to working in an Asian fusion restaurant group. During that time, I honed my skills in everything from crafting recipes to managing daily operations. And yes, I’m happy to report that my rice-cooking game has been spot-on for quite some time!
